The Annual Meeting of the International Section will be held at the Hilton New York in New York City on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. The MCLE program will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Regent Parlor located on the second floor of the Hilton.
The topic of this year’s program is: The Madoff Fraud: A Ground-Breaking Case in Cross-Border, International Litigation.
Under New York’s MCLE rule, this program has been approved for a total of 4.5 credit hours, in professional practice. This course will not qualify for credit for newly admitted attorneys because it is not a basic practical skills program.
